Your digested reviews of the latest academic research on responsible investment

Welcome to the RI Digest - the monthly digest published by the PRI Academic Network to increase knowledge about responsible investment practices and opportunities.

This third digest features reviews of academic literature which were submitted and presented at the PRI academic conference held in Ottawa in October 2009. The two long reviews feature academic articles with a focus on 1) investment consultants and 2) shareholder engagement research. The two short synopses of academic literature are done by PhD students both of which have been submitted to the Journal of Business Ethics for a forthcoming special issue entitled the, 'Next generation of responsible investing'.
